Good no frills stay

Good no frills stay in an awesome part of town. Liz at the front desk was super friendly, that really made the stay for us. Room was clean if a little dated. Slept very well.

Really good sized triple room, easy walking distance to lots of restaurant options and safe walk back from the Ovo. Reasonably priced overnight parking just a couple of streets away. Can walk into the town centre and back too. Staff on reception very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Highly Recommended.

Very welcoming when we arrived by Joe. Lovely big immaculately clean room. Joe gave us recommendations of eateries nearby and ordered a taxi to the concert. Finally topped off our stay with a delicious breakfast. Will stay there again when next in Glasgow 👍

Generous breakfast, quiet neighborhood location. Good size room. However sheets and duvet were rough and itchy, bathroom toiletries nearly non-existent, shower very tight, ceiling light harsh and cold, chair cushion broken. However it was less expensive than neighboring hotels

Great property, very clean and good beds. My only complaint is with their water/plumbing system. When water is used or the toilet flushed their pump system clicks in and it’s quite loud. Woke me up a few times in the night.

It was in a good location for where needed to be. The pillows are far to hard had to use a towel for one of us,no shampoo or shower gel in shower it was totally empty and the bathroom light was far to short for my wife to reach good job she was with someone tall! And room 1 was to noisy with traffic and people talking when walking past at all hours as gaps in windows.

Very compact room works for a solo guest but couples might request one of the larger rooms. Excellent staff, very clean, moderate price. Super linens and towels but a little spare on shower and bath extras...soaps, lotions, etc and so make sure to bring your own. Great location next to beautiful Kelvingrove Park and Univ of Glasgow.
