"There was no in room coffee, no place to get ice, no vending machine even though the elevator said that there was a vending machine on the ground floor. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. When I asked how to turn it on, I was told that they were only there to keep food at the temperature it already was. "

"We booked this for a speakers night that was on (Mel Gibson no less!) but it was postponed so we decided to use the hotel anyway for a night in Glasgow. The only things I can comment on is the check in and the room itself - the check in was smooth - the receptionist was lovely and very helpful allowing us access to our room early to save us leaving our bags with them. The room was clean and spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the facilities or have breakfast but we were happy with what we did see. (The aroma in the reception area was so nice!) No complaints."
