"From check in to check out, we loved our stay. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Bar, lounge and restaurant were all stunning and very well maintained. The best breakfast out of the other 3 close by hotels we’ve stayed in. We will definitely stay here again when attending a gig. "

"The refrigerator in the rooms don’t work. This was confirmed by the maintenance workers. He told us and other guests that the refrigerators are not ventilated properly. The front desk takes responsibility for nothing. We would ask for directions and they sent us the wrong way every single time. At one time they turned what should have been a 10 minute walk into a 70 minute walk. The T.V. Remote went missing in my room. When I asked for another remote, I was told that was not their problem. The staff was of no help in any way."
