Meh
Stayed 2 nights in September 2023. Rooms were huge and quiet. Bed was worse than terrible. All food was south of the Botanic Gardens so it was a little bit of a walk.

Served a purpose but dirty and very tired
Our room, which had previously been rated as scoring 9, was clean in the main area's like the bed linen and bathroom. The rest of the room was grubby and either dirty or very dusty with black marks and scratches on the paintwork all over the room. There was a broken wine glass, missing curtain rings on the curtains and electric sockets which didn't work. When I raised this with teh hotel they simply said it was due a "deep clean next week". The bed head was covered in dust and one of the lights had cobwebs on it,

The location of the tv was quite unusual, it was behind where you lay on the bed so you would have to have lay upside down on the bed if you wanted to watch it.

Very nice Apartments’s, very friendly staff. Very small car park at rear building (not easy to find). Overall worth to stay! Recommend

Great location and helpful staff
Large spacious apartment in a convenient location close to the shops, bars and restaurants of the West End. The only negative point is that on site parking is very tight and there is very limited on street parking in front of the apartments.

Large apartment, great location
The location of these apartments in Glasgow's west end is excellent. The room was big and there was a microwave, cooker and fridge plus plates etc all you would need to make your meals although we only made breakfast. The cleanliness was OK, I wouldn't say sparkling but it definitely wasn't dirty. The cutlery and some of the utensils are a bit tired. The TV is very small for the size of the room. The bathroom is wee but adequate, the shower is huge and there was plenty hot water. The bathroom extractor fan seems to vent into the bedroom! The room we were in was like a basement room at the back but perfectly adequate, there was a sheltered patio area immediately outside but it was used by smokers so we didn't open the one "normal" window in the room. Overall our stay was more than satisfactory and I would recommend it to others.

The apartment was spacious, well appointed, quiet (back of the property). Room was inclined to be cold unless 2 oil filled radiators were on High setting. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Shower needed a non-slip mat on the smooth enamel surface.

Good size family room
Good venue close to the university. Lots of room for the 3 of us. Little kitchen that had one of everything we needed. Lovely newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower. Towels soft and Fluffy. A settee and table with chairs made our stay comfortable. Small basket of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits etc, only grumble was the nondescript wash in an un named container. It seemed to cover everything from handwash to hair and body. I gave it a miss!

Love the proximity to the Botanic Gardens. Quiet and beautiful location. The apartment was roomy and comfortable.

Good location and reasonable condition
Spacious apartment but a little damp; it was a ground floor in an old building so that's to be expected but it would be worth keeping an eye on. There were definitely damp patches and ventilation might be an issue. The reception staff were very welcoming and the apartment was well equipped. Location was excellent.

Lovely apartment right across from the Botanical Gardens. We booked 3 x rooms as we were going to see a concert with family. All rooms were clean. Our room (number 1) was the biggest of the 3, so the family tended to congregate there when we were not out.

Exceeded expectations
Great stay. The accommodation was even better than we expected. Check in / out was very efficient with friendly staff. The room was large, clean & spacious with everything we needed. There are loads of bars & restaurants close by with great public transport. We will definitely return.

Excellent location. Very difficult though to find car park ( not helped by road closure at the time). Good amenities in the apartment except for shower which was not very hot nor powerful.

Lovely part of Glasgow
The apartments are a short walk to some lovely bars and restaurants as well as next door to the botanical gardens.Super friendly and helpful staff made this a place we'll come back to.

Amazing style and space, large room, comfy bed beautiful linen. Right next to the botanical gardens and walking distance to the West End a 5 minute walk to tbe subway to Glasgow. Very helpful friendly staff. I would recommend to other travelers.

Super apartment near Glasgow University
The large apartment is attached to the Hotel of the same name. It is on a quiet side road with no thru traffic and overlooked the rear of the Botanical Gardens with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. About 15 mins walk to University and Underground station and frequent busses to City Centre. It had a separate kitchen and bathroom, comfy king size and single bed, well equipped kitchen tho we did not use it and large walk in shower. Plenty of hot water tho pressure not great and shower head very high up which didn't help. Huge soft bath towels which is always a bonus, as was the free Wifi. Very clean and cosy and excellent value. Staff were lovely and helpful too. Would stay again.

Lovely big room for 3 people that overlooked the botanical gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and microwave and fridge. Updated bathroom. Nice sitting area within the room. Lovely location close to Hillhead subway station. 4-5 stops from city centre, approx 10 minute train ride. Minor issue - tiny car park that was hard to navigate with a bigger car, but we found street parking a block away and left car there for the duration of our stay.

Kitchen could have been cleaner, there were crumbs in the cupboard where the toaster was kept. TV was dodgy, most channels didn't work well and couldn't get any channel below number 8!

Great value apartment in heart of Glasgow West End

Ideal location for our visit
Accessible to public transport, entertainment, food, open spaces, cultural activities but nice and quiet. Clean, more than basic functionality with the exception of wi fi inside our room although decor and furnishings not luxurious( nor do they claim to be on the website.) Mobile Phone reception neglible inside room due to it's location but fine just outside front door. Fresh air good for you too! Would recommend. Staff approachable and friendly.

Great west end location
Just minutes from Byers Road. Decent room with some amenities, a bit on the cold side though - the down side of high ceilings.
