"Had a very good experience at this hotel, from the very friendly and professional reception staff, to the very comfortable room in a quiet location as we'd requested in advance. We had an issue with our air con (not cooling) which was very quickly rectified. Would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel."

"we enjoyed the bar, especially Tom the bartender the nights we were there. he was very knowledgeable and made us feel at home. The room was nice and quiet, although a little small. The reception staff was always helpful and nice."

"Check in staff were very helpful and the hotel was lovely and clean with a great shower and in an ideal location. The only negative was breakfast which was chaotic, not enough tables, running out of food items very quickly and probably because they were short staffed staff were quite rude. Would stay again but wouldn’t have breakfast."

"The hotel was in a Central location close to transport links and the staff were very pleasant and helpful such as during check-in and storing luggage. While we knew that some of the rooms would not have windows, a more substantial and opaque door/panelling between the bedroom area and the bathroom would have been preferred."
