"I stayed at the Radisson blue for four days. There was a lot of construction happening on the street in front. Even with all of that, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The lady that checked me in couldn’t have been nicer!I paid for the breakfast every day. It was very fresh and good! The staff at the restaurant was very helpful as well. I liked my room, and I had a great view out of my window. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff are great, rooms are clean, and bed is comfortable. The atmosphere is charming and eco-friendly details are appreciated. BUT the rooms and maintenance need improvement, and the concept for design and décor needs a lot of work. While we were there one of the elevators went out. The floor of the shower is slippery when wet, and dangerous for older people who could fall. Previously we stayed in a room that was much better. This time the "executive" room was so small that there was barely room for the suitcases, and the room was dreary, with poor lighting, black decor and no privacy curtain so either the blackout curtain is closed for privacy with no light, or the blackout curtain is open and you can see into other people's apartments across the narrow alley, and vice versa. The thermostat is black on black so to read the little dial in the dim light of the room you need a flashlight. There is only one chair in the room, which assumes that there is no second person doing anything but sitting or lying on the bed. "

"2 lifts only one operating so you ages waiting for the lift to arrive then ages before you got out as people were pressing it to go up and down several times. Very frustrating"

"The online check-in worked brilliantly, I was in a hurry so being able to pick up my key in under a minute was really helpful. The staff were all professional and friendly, the hotel was clean and my room was well-equipped and spacious. The breakfast was delicious as well, and well-stocked."
