"This is one dog friendly establishment! There is water and food in dishes in the lobby and an entire display of "Sir WoofChester" dog treats. great location opposite the Scottish Event Campus and near the Hop On Hop Off Bus stop. Rooms were light and clean and staff was welcoming and eager to help."

"Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The shower and bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and the lighting is great with low lights activated by movements during the night. An excellent addition. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed in the centre of the city on the doorstep of shops and bars/restaurants so this is ideal for visitors to the city."
