"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. "They do have a pool as advertised but it’s covered and looks like it’s never been an option for use. It states it’s only open for seasonal use. Which season it’s been high 90’s 100. How much hotter does it have to get. I don’t believe they have any plans to ever open it as it’s a mess the pool pictures on Expedia are of a fountain in the front of the pool. Expedia should pull this property off their website. Very disappointing and one of the reasons I hesitate to use it, to many false...
