"Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. The room was nice and clean although the sofa bed had some stains. Unfortunately, i couldn't get wifi to work, and I tried everything.There was no one on site to help, even though I'd checked in exactly at time requested. "Had a short but sweet stay here whilst attending a wedding in the Coral bay area. This hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Victoria in particular was very helpful as we had some flight issues coming and going. Would highly recommend."

"Ignore the people that find fault this is a beautiful place, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The food is very nice and a really good selection. It a buffet type of food, some reviews stated the food was like warm blah blah blah service is not brilliant .... They cater for lots of people for heavens sake and are humans. .... Pay a huge amount more and try the 4 seasons or something similar or don't go anywhere. This place is worth every penny"

"The view was amazing, I booked a garden view and was given a view of the sea, pool and mountains further away. The area was quiet and a short distance to the beach where there are lots of surfers. "The hotel has beautiful views and direct access to both rocky and sandy beach areas. The staff are friendly and warm, atmosphere good. My room was clean and comfortable, and had an outstanding sea view. Breakfast with a sea‑view terrace is a highlight, and overall the hotel provides good value for money. "The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment."
