"We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. We were on the ground level and can hear every movement above us. "

"The location gets high points. The road behind the lodge takes you to Walmart and access to the main road heading south instead of the doing a U turn. Breakfast was coffee, tea, cheerios, raison brand, milk, oj and waffle maker. Recommend getting breakfast sandwiches at Walmart. We had room 107. One of the two beds was very soft, but the wife liked that. The toilet rocked when you sat and got off but functioned without leaking. Water pressure was strong. The room next to us had a smoker in a non-smoking room and could smell in the hallway. Hope he gets charged more. Stayed a week."

"Our room was very nice and I was especially happy there was a little table and chairs. The people upstairs were very noisy but that's kids for you! The lady at check-in was very friendly and helped me with directions in the area. "

"The room had an awful smell and I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls so loudly that I thought we should have been on a first name basis. I could hear the tv from both my neighbors, which meant I couldn't sleep until they did. The ice machine didn't work and the snacks in the vending machine were cheap and stale. Breakfast was something I imagine is like you get in jail, as another guest said "this tastes like the eggs I got in prison". The staff was rude. When I asked for ice she said to go to the machine and when I told her it was broke, she said then there is nothing I can do for you. One thing I was pleased about, no bugs! My suggestion, and what I will do next time...get an Airbnb. "
