The stuff was amazing fini was amazing . She even surprised me with birthday wishes. Her and the entire stuff clean from cleaning to restaurant to breakfast,m, including Dani Were so great that while I just came for one night I stayed three. I will r command it and will come back again.

Clean, spacious, beautiful gardens, nice to relax

My stay at Mala Garden was great. The room was very nice, spacious with necessary amenities like fridge. The bathroom though very large and spacious was very unique- as it was open from the top exposed to outdoors (although rain won’t affect as the shower/ toilet area was covered). The hotel grounds were very beautiful, with lush gardens, swings and a very nice pool facing the ocean. The area itself was close to many other bars, restaurants. They also help with renting out bikes, and you can get horse carriage next to the hotel. The hotel was very close to Mad monkey hostel which was a fun place to hang around with other backpackers. It is slightly far from the ferry, so you’ve to take a horse carriage to get there as it’s a bit far to walk with suitcases and there’s no other transportation on the island except for bicycles. Overall it is a very beautiful hotel, and might stay again here next time

The service and the people were really helpful and always friendly. But the breakfast was really bad. There was a selection between four different breakfast. There was always a toast and some jam and it was really hard to find something for vegetarian and there were also no fruits. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.

We stayed in the two-bedroom villa with private pool and it was gorgeous! The staff here are friendly and bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable.

Best Price and Best Service

We were confused because there was no review of the hotel. We were confused to choose among other hotels. Finally, we chose it anyway. But trust me, it was the best decision I have taken! The staffs were seriously warm and cordial. The whole resort was almost empty, and we could use everything. We booked the standard room, but because the private pool villa was empty, they let us use the private pool. Also the beach view in front of the resort was amazing! Their service was really fast. I wanted to arrange a romantic dinner with my wife and they did the whole decoration upon my asking! Overall, I would recommend this resort to anyone!

Ask them to clean the room and it’ll be nice

The place wasn’t very clean, there was a dead mouse between the couch pillows and we saw a living one. Check behind couch, in our room it was full of mice droppings and trash. We had a private pool that needed thurrow cleaning but altogether it was a nice quiet place that we liked 3,5/5.

Stole our money in the hotel!!!

We stayed 2 nights, our money was stolen during the 2nd night while we were sleeping or in the morning when they brought breakfast, manager was not very helpful and the owner if the hotel didnt help at all (he is hungarian), a side door didnt lock so someone got acces through that door. They didn't want the police to be involved and they keep saying we lost our money. There is a pub next to the hotel that brings the food, security is very low. Don't recomend this hotel as our experience was only stolen money but it could have been worst. Never go again here. Please see photos attached - the lock was forced in our room and they got it while we were sleeping and also the wooden door was force to get into the villa, we never knew that was a side door - we thought it was just a wooden wall. Please be careful with this hotel!!!!

Good place to stay

This place was goid, amazing food and lay out, very friendlystaff. However very slow servive eg ordered breakfast the night before at 8.30 with the staff we get it at 9.30. Same w lunch and dinner however the best food i have had on gili. Also i emailed the hotel 2 months in advanced about bed arrangment for 6 adults, we get there and there is only two king beds and to be shared, so 2 of us slept of matresses on the floor, not what we paid 2.7k for three nights for. The staff as mentioned before are friendly but just were no phased by this, also the phone in the room didnt work and we had to walk out and up across the road to order room service and they jever refreshed our towels when they cleaned. Again this was a metion to reveption for fresh towels. I would stay there again as overall i enjoyed my time but dont feel like ut was worth the money

Très belle villa

Personnel très gentil mais vraiment en manque de rapidité : 1h pour avoir un petit déjeuner... la même chose pour avoir une malheureuse lumière dans la piscine. A croire que nous étions les premiers à réclamer de la lumière la nuit puisque la personne ne savait pas comment faire.
