Perfect place on a perfect island

The staff here were so kind and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There was construction happening which we knew but it was no big deal. The bed and pillows was the best we have ever slept on!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceano. The island has no dogs but an abundance of cats, the resort had feeding stations for the cats all around and we had a friendly cat who would visit when we were sitting outside. Staff were always friendly, the room we stayed in was just like the photos and in great condition. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet family style place to stay.

This was perfect for our stay on Gili T! It’s a bit farther from the more clubby spots, so there’s a little more peace and quiet while still having plenty of dining and activity options (like snorkeling equipment and bike rentals) super close by. There is also an ATM and medical place right next door. We saw SO MANY turtles and had a great time lounging by the beach. Special shoutout to Regy for keeping us fed and hydrated on our all-day beach lounging day! :) We also used the laundry service and our clothes came back on time, smelling lovely, and crisply folded!

Fantastic family friendly hotel on the north of the island, where it’s nice and quiet and has easy access to the beach. Just a note it’s IDR150k for a horse carriage ride anywhere on the island , so staying here will cost you IDR300k each time you want to go out, unless you’re happy to walk of course but we travelled with a 5 year old, 10 month old and a 72 year old, so horse carriage was needed most of the time. Hotel Rooms are superb, grounds need a little refurb but imagine it’s tough to do in wet season.

The hotel is by the beach and it's beautiful BUT you can't really swim there without shoes because there is a lot of stones and coral. But I think the situation is the same on the whole island. The room is nice. It's good that you get water for free as much as you need. Peaceful area with some restaurants on walking distance. Nice pool area, but the pool could be more clean. Good WiFi. Friendly staff :)

Ok+ hotel for short stay

The hotel itself is nice and the garden looks good. The location is also good as its not busy in area, but no far away. However the pool did not meet our expectations, the beach has a lot of rocks after 3-4 meters in the water. During our stay there was an issue with water supply resulting in 20% salt water in the tap and shower. Our air-con made huge noise that got fixed 2nd day, but we could no longer change the temp. The room was freezing due to this. Sheets was not clean

Lovely location up the north of the island where we could swim with turtles right on the beach right outside the hotel. Whilst our room was lovely overall hotel maintenance needs attention. I would also say the initial welcome and reception area could be better, definitely not a 5 star, more like 3 star. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was good.

This hotel is wonderful. You can snorkel with turtles straight from the beach, there is a lot of coral so you will need beach shoes. There are plenty of sun loungers, bean bags and cabanas. It is approx 10 minute cycle from the port and it’s possible to rent bicycles directly from the hotel. The family room was a good size, very clean and beds really comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Greta variety including a fresh egg station. Small play area for the children. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Dejligt sted. Vi var afsted med to små børn og beliggenheden passede godt til at bade, snorkle efter havskildpadder og koralfisk som er lige ved hotellet. Fint med pools og dejligt stort badeværelse til familiebad efter stranddag. Hyggelig kyst med flere restauranter og boder med ting. Dejligt roligt side af øen, som klart kan anbefales hvis man ikke er til klubstemning og druk.

Hotel de 4* solo

Hemos estado 4 noches en este hotel pero solo 1 día algunos horas hemos estado en la piscina. El hotel es Ok, pero no 5*. Nosotros viajemos mucho en todo el Mundo. Este es la primera hotel de 5* que no nos gustó la parte de piscina. El hotel no es más de -4 Estrella. Las habitación era bien, pero el resto sucio. La sala de recibida está muy gastada y deben renovarla. Las cojines de tumbonas eran sucias y huela mal. La comida no tiene mucha sabor, pero hemos comido huevos y te por la mañana. Si comida indonesia era calentita seguro comía cada mañana, pero el Manger debe control el desayuno y saber que gente de Europa tiene bacterias diferentes de los países de Asia y deben tener la comida calentita y fresca. El hotel debería ofrecer bicicletas gratis algunas horas al día para moverse alrededor de la isla. Personal muy alegre, pero por preguntar sobre algo, nadie sabe nada. Y tardan mucho para trear la comida, pero eso era en toda la isla. Información externa: Hemos pedido barco de Eka Jaya de Pangan bai online a Gili T. Lo dan 20% para viajes de vuelta. Hemos pedido taxi privado de aeropuerto hasta Pangan bai de GITA Bali Transporte por 400k, son muy profesionales y responden rápido por WhatsApp.
