"Gorgeous hotel with details fitting the local mountaineer aesthetic, perfect location right by but not on Kropowki street, about half way from the top to Gubałówka, amazing breakfast and gorgeous Spa with a steam room, dry, wet, salt wall and birch saunas, 2 outdoor hot tubs and one of the prettiest hotel pools I have ever seen. "Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. "Camera Pulita, anche se non hanno rifatto la stanza la mattina. Colazione buona. Posizione ottima per i trekking verso i monti Tatra. Peccato per la mancanza di insonorizzazione delle camere, si sentiva tutti rumori dal corridoio e lo sbattere delle porte delle altre camere.
