"Loved the interior design and the “Studio Up” room for a family of four. The only downsides are we could hear the neighbors above unfortunately, and it was about 35 minute walk to the center of town."

"I was so unsatisfied with a staff behind the buffet counter where they cook and prepare cold cuts. The old lady that was preparing the cold cuts was arranging them WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES! This should NOT be allowed at all! I like the cold cuts but when I saw the way she was handling and preparing them WITHOUT GLOVES… forget it! This has to be corrected! "

"Check in was a bit slow but the Express Checkout was helpful upon leaving the hotel so I did not have to wait in line. The room and breakfast were both excellent. Amazing amenities and comfort. With very nice wait staff at breakfast. We will be back again!"
