"The check-in was smooth and easy. Location was perfect being at the central station and in the center of Amsterdam. The room was comfortable. The staff are trying their best to accommodate. The downside is that they charged for storing your luggage. Room rate too expensive."

"Ideally positioned in the centre of Amsterdam. The hotel is fairly basic, but clean and the beds are fine. A good buffet breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals. I left a piece of clothing hanging in the wardrobe, not realising until I returned to the UK. I phoned reception and the staff were very helpful in organising its speedy return."

"The hotel it’s self was nice, however it felt a bit like a frat house. I had a group of drunk people knocking on my door at 2am, and there were lots of loud groups in and out. In the morning there were empty beer bottles around the entrance of the building."
