"The room was dirty like carpet had been cleaned in years. The toilet wouldn’t work. The shower would either scold you or freeze you. It was its choice not yours There was a hole above the bed, looked like there could be a camera in it on the ceiling. That a conspiracy person, but this place was just very sketchy. We had planned to stay there a second day told him at the office. Please check me out and cancel my stay no way I will stay there another day."

"I specifically booked a hotel with pool and hot tub as I need this amenity as I continue recovering from knee injury. I arrived to find the pool drained and facilities closed. The front desk basically shrugged. They did let me switch to a room across the hall when the first was in a dark corner. They also didn’t discuss parking fee and charged me for 3 days when I was only there for two. I’m not usually one to complain but this was disappointing experience."

"This is the worst “hotel” we have ever booked. The property was NOT a hotel at all. Maximum could call as Motel! There was No front desk, in stead, it just has a little closed, steer protected space to let people check in. Before our family moved in, I saw a guy angrily came out that little space with complain that he couldn’t check in due to time passed even he paid full. The “hotel” person only told him “this was fully video and monitored by police”?! With the worry, when we stepped into the two rooms we booked, they both full of heavy smoking smell, very dirty sheets and bed, very old and rusted air conditioners!! We even found bugs on wall and bed. When taking to property person, he insisted sheets and bed changed, no other free room to move. Even mentioning we did NOT book non-smoke room, that we were not aware of smoking and non-smoking situation from site description! He even admitted no matter how they enforced non smoking in rooms, but guests did NOT follow rules! But how this property could put so many faking pictures that were totally different from the real situation onsite??? how they got 4.6 ratings in Expedia , but in google search we found only rate lowest rated property??? Finally we ended up stay in car whole night as the room was completely NOT acceptable!!! We did complain to Expedia regarding this cheating and faking description and rate! We wish to get response soon from Expedia.Next time better check google information!"

"We had a good stay. The manager was very accommodating and friendly. The room are a little dated. One if our beds was broken, but manager promptly moved us next door and all was well. Breakfast is a good start to day. The women working the breakfast is very friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely stay again."
