"When I arrived the hotel was locked and unstaffed. There was a number to call posted on the door which was unobtainable. There phone number on the hotel website was not answered. I sat in a nearby park for an hour and when I returned the door was opened and a man was there to check me in. I pointed out that the mobile number posted on the door was unobtainable, but he didn’t seem concerned. When I left the same number was posted on the door."

"Das Hotel ist total toll im Studentenviertel gelegen. Ein recht günstiges Parkhaus ist direkt am Gebäude. Die sind sehr rustikal, erinnern an eine Lagerhalle. Das ist aber gewünscht. Aber sehr gemütlich und alles ist top."

"A self service hotel, with pin entry but we had 35m2 room on ground floor and were close to all Ghent highlights. Breakfast available and substantial.Parking we had to figure out, but was available in public carpark 300mtrs away at REEP carpark 36 eu/day."
