Everything was great! We didn’t eat at the restaurants nor use the spa. Our room was amazing! We were upgraded to a junior suite. Everything is immaculate. The hotel was conveniently located to all major sightseeing locations. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Great stay! Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel will return for sure
Without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was just as you would hope. Great restaurant and room service both breakfast and dinner. Comfortable and super friendly staff.

We stayed in the suite there, which was one of the most spacious, elegant (without being dated or fussy) and comfortable, suites we've ever enjoyed - and we are frequent and older world travelers. In fact, we arrived from Paris, where we stayed in a suite at a 5-star hotel that was literally 1/4 of the size and was 2.5x the price. Given the name of the hotel I thought it might be a little more "precious" than it was - Thankfully, It was chic, very buttoned up, modern (though sheathed in an old. classical facade) and 5-stars all the way. The lobby situation is a little confusing rn because they are restoring part of their exterior, so where to enter is not initially clear. Aside from that though, the public areas, the staff, and our amazing room were all fabulous. Can't recommend more highly

PERFECT HOTEL FOR GHENT
The perfect hotel for visiting Ghent. A great location and beautiful hotel. Even though there was outside construction occurring, it did NOT affect us at all. The service was outstanding and the bar & restaurant are very nice. We will be back!

Excellent hotel and amazing staff. Really enjoyed my stay here. I recommend the breakfast as well, even though it was quite on the expensive side, the service was top notch. The one critique I have is the parking price. It's triple the price of the parking lots just mext door, which is unjustified. Otherwise, highly recommended and would vosit again.

Great location for the Christmas markets. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast buffet was Delicious. Only critic was the pool was to cold. Parking was a nightmare… do your research before you arrive. Thanks for a lovely stay.
