Great 3 night stay for couple!

We had a great 3 night stay at Boutique B&B Graaf. Rooms are unique and location is great, as you can easily walk to the city center in short time. Hosts are very friendly and having possibility to use sauna in the inner yard is great addition. We will definitely stay again if we get back to Ghent! Place doesn't have many reviews here at hotels.com, but it is legit and very cool place to stay, so we highly recommend!

Really great stay here. The place is well decorated, modern and clean. Very convenient location to the centre of Ghent. Kenzo the host was amazing, super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to stay when you are in Ghent and would hopefully stay here again on a return visit to the beautiful city!

Good stay, though with some issues for Seniors

The beautify decorated room Olga served us well. We may stay there again. Some drawbacks limit our rating to 4 stars. Instructions to get a key proved a bit baffling for jet-lagged senior citizens arriving after dark unfamiliar with the system used. Took us while to figure out how to turn on lights in part of the room with switches on the wires on the floor. Even then the bedroom seemed a bit dark at night, which would be wonderful for a romantic encounter, but is a bit of a problem for other purposes. The innovative, ultra-modern design of the smallish room to make it artistically pleasing comes with some practical sacrifices. The bed is low and the chairs, while visually pleasing, force you to look up and are not comfortable for reading or using a laptop. Seniors with mobility issues would find these hard to use. This B&B only serves breakfast for an extra fee. Use of kitchen is free, but the stairs to kitchen are up steep stairs with inadequate rails. We felt a little insecure using them. Not for the mobility challenged. Despite this, still was a good stay for us.
