The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely make you feel valued — remembering who you are and the little details that make a stay feel personal. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but it’s the consistently high standard of hospitality that really sets it apart. Every aspect of my stay was seamless, from the service to the surroundings and overall atmosphere. Returning for a second visit and receiving the same exceptional experience says a lot. Sofitel continues to deliver the kind of refined, five-star hospitality that makes you want to return. A truly wonderful stay once again and most definitely not my last."
