When I brought the issue to the staff's attention, they responded immediately and moved me to another room without hesitation. "Amazing Staff from The Front Desk to the Housekeeping Team and every Hotel Employee i had met they were so friendly and made sure I had a very relaxing vacation. The toilet is leaking and the wall leaked when it rained. I extended my stay and they wanted cash not for me to use credit card.. "
