The rooms were in poor condition, with strong mold odors, visible dirt, and serious cleanliness problems. The bathroom showed signs of slime and lack of proper maintenance, and the room did not feel hygienic or comfortable. In addition, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. On some occasions, there were also insects inside the room, which should never happen in a hotel at this price level. The pool was another major disappointment.
