"Terrible Experience! The check-out time had been clearly agreed in advance as 11:30 AM. However, on the day of departure, I received an unexpected message at 10:00 AM demanding that I remove my luggage immediately. At that time, we were in the middle of a tour and were forced to interrupt our plans and return to the hotel, which caused significant inconvenience. This was a very disappointing and poorly managed experience. I expected much better communication and respect for agreed arrangements."

"This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. "there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district...
