Great family Accomodation

Great place to stay with the family, we stopped over for the night on the way back to Kalgoorlie, staff where very friendly at check-in. Would defiantly stay here again

Property is nothing like the photos. property is old, desperate need of repairs. Fly screens broken,torn or just missing Laundry facilities none! just a laundry sink? Had to kill so many moths at night inside the cottage. Shower constantly going cold. Beach access only if you have iron man strength to do the hike. Will never stay here again

Great Facility

Chose this facility as we wanted to stay away from the busy Geraldton town 15mins drive away. Our Deluxe 2 Bedrooms Chalet has the ocean right infront of us and was spacious with all utensils you need to prepare a meal using the stove, microwave, fridge etc. Toilet and shower are separated and fan can be turn off without affecting the lights so it is well designed to prevent getting cold air getting suck in. TV is located in the hall area with a sofa set so you watch programs without disturbing those asleep. Vehicle can be parked right beside the unit under shelter. One room has a Queen and the other with 2 Singles. Bed is comfy and spark clean. We could not find cooking knife that was listed in the utensils list and the staff was quick to get it replenished. If you find too much trouble getting to town, the facility reception does sell quite some stuffs. Facility may want to have prominent lighted signed that can be easily spotted by driver as the road get into total darkness making it difficult to locate when returning from the town. Geraldton town has Shopping Malls, Supermarkets and lots of food establishment to choose from. Located there is also The Esplanade where a free fix binocular allow viewing a seals from a rest area off the coast.

Good views

Great location with good ocean view from verandah .Great sunsets. Clean and tidy and everything you require. Furniture a bit dated though.

Property was pretty old, beds were old, matress not clean and old so not comfortsble, overall it wasnot clean enough and not to da standard for price paid

worst motel I ever stay

Next to highway.very very noisy. Walk far to public bath room and toilet.it doesn't worth what you paid.highly suggest not to stay there. I mean it.

Erhöhte Lage mit super Sonnenuntergang.

Lage: neben dem Highway. Darum unbedingt eines der meerseitig gelegenen Bungalows mieten. Zustand: recht stark abgenützt. Das Beste: die erhöhte Lage mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Einsamer Strand (Weg: ca. 15 Minuten).

Nice chalets for a stopover

Nice priced chalets and facilities in a good location for a short stopover. The park staff were very helpful with our late check in. The chalet we stayed in had everything we needed for our overnight stay. We will be staying here again in the future.

Horrible

The pictures showed an older looking place with old furniture etc so I wasn't expecting luxury but I was still extremely disappointed when I got there. It's really old, the decking was covered in bird droppings and the tables were not clean, the buildings looked like they should be knocked down. I thought I was booking a place close to the beach with a view so we could go fishing but it was quite a ways away from the beach and the first cabin they put us in had a great view of an old shed! They then moved us to a bigger cabin with a view of the ocean but it was really big, dirty (hair balls everywhere) and only had 1 air con unit for the whole place so we had to have fans set up around the room trying to circulate cool air into the only room with a double bed - keep in mind it was over 40 degrees that day! This was the most uncomfortable night I have ever had to pay $145 for. Ridiculously overpriced. The only good thing I can say is that the staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately that doesn't improve the stay.

Overnight

Love staying at this property as they are pet friendly but this time we were put in the front of the property near the road and didn't sleep all night, too noisy with all the trucks passing, must remember to ask for cabin at back over looking ocean, next time.

Wem eine sehr einfache Camping-Huette reicht...

Es handelte sich bei unserer Buchung um eine kleine sehr einfache "Huette" auf einem Campingplatz. Die Unterkunft war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ist allenfalls fuer einen Uebernachtungsstop geeignet. Bei Berruecksichtigung quasi saemtlicher fehlender Annehmlichkeiten war das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis sehr hoch/schlecht.

Fantastic Family Stay with an Amazing View!

Staff were fantastic after I had inadvertently booked a family room without an ensuite (this was sorted even though the park was busy) and done with a smile. Room was old but great value for money and perfect for a family of small children. View of the Indian Ocean is amazing, but be aware the walk is a lot further than it looks, but is well worth the effort (but you will end up carrying small kids). Tidy pool, nice little shop and friendly staff – couldn’t ask for more! Thanks again

Peace on the Earthy Hill

Peace and quite, nice clean facilities, nice relaxed atmosphere in the chalet, not sterile and modern. Homely comfort, friendly staff couldn't do enough to please me. So obliging and helpfu. Thank you Geraldton start at Drummonds Cove Caravan Park.
