"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was convenient, and I really enjoyed my time here. It was a lovely place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!"

"We had a great short stay. The room was spacious for our family and clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner put on a lovely home made breakfast. A very warm and cute boutique hotel. "

"My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. The receptionists made multiple careless errors, starting with issuing a defective room key that required an immediate trip back to the desk to fix. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake. やPasanauri(ジョージア料理のチェーン店)、他にもレストランが幾つかあり利便性に長けていると思います。

"Great location for walking"

"Amazing stay, most comfortable sleep we had in Georgia and the staff were so helpful and lovely even helping us with the luggage"

"I changed 3 rooms during my stay, the first room had a terrible smell, was very noisy and tiny balcony where you could not even stand! The second and 3rd rooms were great! Staff were very polite and helpful especially Iana! The location was convenient except crossing the road to get to the entrance was a bit dangerous in my opinion as it’s on a main intersection with no pedestrian crossing or lights!"
