"Lovely place simultaneously close to the sights yet peaceful and "away from it all." Pressed coffee and delicious continental breakfast buffet got us off to a great start. Friendly and helpful staff, backyard garden and nearby parks made this a memorable stay."

"Debbie was lovely and very helpful. The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only tiny point was that is was very hot in the house and room (very warm out too) but the fan that was provided was extremely noisy and not really useful. Again many thanks for a wonderful sat and hope to see you again soon."

"Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!"

"Immaculate and royal-ish property I have ever stayed. Feel like a queen in her elegant palace which original stones exterior and classical and well care interior. Room design with chandeliers in both bed and bathrooms, mirrors. Fancy carpet in bedroom and marble in bathroom. A Stand-alone bathtub and a shower. "Hotel is located in the center of Bath and 12 minutes walk to Roman Bath. Walking to Jane Austen Center, circus or Royal Cresent all within 15 minutes. Room is well sized and tastefully decorated and sparkly clean. Have to mention that the bathroom was beautifully designed. Amenities provided was great, like kettle, coffee press machine, safe, etc. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Although it is in central area but night time the street was very quiet.
