"Unfortunately I booked a standard room, so the minibar in my room did not come stocked with any drinks or snacks. More importantly, I did not notice till the evening before checking out that my shower did not produce hot water. Last, the breakfast at Southern Elements was grossly overpriced. Base price for 2 people was more than $80 dollars, and the breakfast itself was nothing spectacular. The restaurant also neglected to return my credit card upon paying the bill, a fact I did not notice till I tried to pay admission to the botanical gardens. Huge waste of time and money that I found very annoying"

"There’s no parking just valet parking and cost $60 each night. So I lost all the money I pay for the room I went some where else to stay. And they didn’t refund my money. First and last time booking there"

"The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay."

"Breakfast was very good. Many choices. Beds very comfortable. Pillows not firm enough. We really like our room layout. There was loose wallpaper by the bathroom door. And, The plastic edging on the shower ooor was coming off. They were very thoughtful to call and inquire if our room was satisfactory but we had just walked i and had not had time to look around."
