However, there were issues with the room: the heating system failed and it was almost one hour before a technician showed up to get it running. He was great and said he was on dinner break when the call came in. Also, the phone was not working because it was not plugged in directly. Also, the coffee maker did not work. Finally, we were told that we would get a parking discount but that did not happen. The bellmen were fantastic and very helpful as were the folks on the desk. Also, high grades for the cocktail hour. The bourbon drink was fantastic. "
