"Such a welcoming host - very kind and sweet! Learned our names and chatted with us! Lots of amenities and the water was within walkable distance. You can tell the host cares a lot about the property - it was incredibly well maintained and full of birds (saw a blue jay and hummingbird!). Breakfast was home cooked and the host took the time to chat with us again in the morning. "I have stayed for a week there and I must say that it is one of the best experiences I have had. The place was at an amazing location with with walkable restaurants amd even movie theatre. The staff are superb and very professional and friendly. I would choose the same place in my next vacations. Keep doing the great job! "We went for a girls trip and had the best time! The rooms were so clean and the beds were super comfy! Had such a good sleep cause it was SO quiet. Will stay again! They were doing some Reno's so some areas were plywood or tarps but it upgrade and make things better you have to deal with Reno's sometimes! Also the breakfast was amazing!"

"Loved the hotel and our king room (bed was very comfy!). There was lots of space, modern features, it was very clean and even had snacks/drinks to purchase in our room. Self check in was super easy and the staff respond quickly to messages. This area was great (less busy than downtown) and had tons of dining options (walkable too). "Fantastic hotel and our go to every time we visit Old Quebec! So conveniently located! Right next to the beautiful Plains of Abraham, short beautiful walk to old town, a block from Parliament, close to restaurants, history, history, history! Lovely lobby with a free coffee station and sitting area. We love it here! Great pool and hot tub too! Can’t wait to return!"

"We loved our stay at the Residence Inn Halifax Downtown. The room was fantastic, really comfy with almost every amenity possible, including a dishwasher. The location was even better, right in the heart of Halifax with plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and lots of shops, too. All the staff were polite and very nice"
