"Tired 'club double' room in need of a complete refresh. Overnight technical breakdown resulted in no hot water throughout the hotel during the first morning. Note that the indoor pool is small (3 able to swim at one time) and slots have to be booked in advance rather than turn up & use."

Only gripe I had was that the shower was great but too near the toilet so you had to back in as there wasn't enough room to turn - I'm big and the space to walk up the side of the shower to the toilet was about three centimetres smaller than my shoulder width."

"Fabulously views from sea view room. Room massive but small bathroom and somewhat dated but ignored wiith fabulous aspect with balcony. Not clear when booking there was an extra cost for parking. "

"Ibis did not provide breakfast on day 1 and we had to go next door to the sister hotel Mercure. Following day Ibis was supposed to provide breakfast but when we went down tables hadn't been cleared and there was little food. We were told there was a problem with the kitchen and we had to go next door again to the Mercure. That night we went to the bar and it was covered in dirty glasses and the girl behind the bar was barely coping. They seem to have a shortage of staff or at the very least issues."
