"I'm not very technological. At first I had trouble using the keypad to allow me to get inside of my room. By the time I called the front desk to get assistance, I was able to get in. Definitely had trouble using the keypad or the scan option when exiting the parking deck. Spent quite a bit of time on that. Call the front desk and they let me out."

"Nice place to stay and walkable to downtown. Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean. We had a great stay."

"Room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. All staff interactions were smooth and pleasant."

"Clean and new."

"Great property, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the location, within walking distance to broadway and many other restaurants, bars, and attractions. Would stay here again."

Water should be available in the lobby and the coffee station should be available in the afternoon. Overall a nice hotel with a great location. They need to be more attentive to the function of their...
