"Pool and bar area are great. Just wish the restaurant and coffee shop had longer hours"

"Nice clean room, we had a beautiful view of Kings Park. The room also had a kitchenette and a washing machine. Great, central location. Would definitely stay again!"

"The Adnate is well located in the heart of the city of Perth. The breakfast buffet is substantial, the in-room snacks are good and Jack on the bar was great. We will be back in December."

"Everything was good with no hidden surprises or downsides-would book again if going through Perth"

"As a solo traveler, I find this property very convenient, clean, close to shops, good bar/restaurant downstairs. Room space is small, but bed was comfortable also very good shower head in bathroom."

"Just ok. Reception/ bar was good. Lots of food left in the corridor"

"Proactive with communication."

"I had a room tucked between the laundry and the commercial quantity of rubbish bins. Staff srarted throwing out the trash about an hour after restraunt was closed. Only took 3/4 of an hour of crash bang and deliberately smashing bottles inside the bins. Then cleani g staff and delivery drivers started making their noises only a ouple of hours later. "On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. We were then also quizzed about the car we had as they thought we had illegally parked out the front. Listing stated daily housekeeping yet reception informed us it's only every 3 days?? Not what I paid for. Found the staff short & poor communicators. Would not stay again."

"Awesome"

"Great location near the business area. Nice and quiet even though it houses a pub. The breakfast was wonderful and staff great. The bathrooms are enormous with a huge bathtub if you want to bathe."
