"Personnel gentil mais un peu guindé: sérieux, costume , etc. Chambre immense avec beaucoup de commodités. Décoration élaborée avec belles antiquités. Bir oda için sorun çözüldü fakat diğer oda için uzun süre beklemek zorunda kaldık. Kart odayı açmadı, alternatif olarak anahtar da bulunamadı ve bu süreç gereğinden fazla uzadı. Durumu resepsiyon görevlisine iletip oda değişimi talep ettiğimde, maalesef kaba bir şekilde “Doluyuz” ve “Uğraşıyorum” gibi yanıtlar aldım. Elbette...

"Clean room, super comfortable bed, big room, nice breakfast, but inefficient WiFi connection and no room service in the night. The room was spatious and my favorite thing was the bed. It was really comfortable and loved I had 4 pillows for myself. Also, the room and bathroom were really clean and I liked the breakfast options. Another thing I liked was the location, very close to train station. Just have two remarks: the WiFi wasn’t good, my computer got disconnected a couple of times and lots...

Location is very convenient; transportation around, great markets and many shops around. Few interesting sites to visit are also just close by."

"Good hotel in the centre of Ankara, near all of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. The points for improvement were that there wasn't a bin in the room (only in the toilet) and that the room smelled of smoke. It was also a bit hot and there weren't any lighter blankets. Good overall, might return."

The hotel has an old classic look the rooms are nice and big with very comfortable bedding and pillows . There is a cafe down stairs for coffe and tea. I would definitely be coming back to this very handy hotel ."
