"Nous étions de passage pour une nuit. Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 22h, nous pensions s’être trompés de quartier, l’hôtel est au fond dans un quartier qui semble industriel. L’accueil était le pire. Je n’ai jamais été aussi mal reçu dans un hôtel! L’homme à l’accueil nous donnait l’impression qu’on le dérangeait. "The staff were very helpful and acomidating to my family. We tried to buy some water from the resteraunt before leaving and instead they gave us a free little if water and sweet breads for my children. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again the next time we travel through Romania"
