The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The amenities were good and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The location is only a couple of blocks from the main shopping district.

Where do I start. The mould on the bathroom ceiling, the shower water ends up pooling on the bathroom floor (water hits the shower screen and drains into the tiled hob and this overflows onto the floor), the tv turned on both mornings at 7am waking us up, there were crumbs all over one of the couches ...
