The hotel is in a convenient area about ten minutes walk to the Main Street. The room was large (Superior Double) with a fridge and water machine on each corridor. The breakfast is ok but there are plenty of other options in walkable distance.

Great stay, thoroughly recommend

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and very clean, we had breakfast and also ate two evenings in the hotel restaurant, food was great and reasonably priced. One thing, if you are staying at the weekend it is advisable to get up earlier for breakfast as it gets very busy and queues form for tables. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good apart from the self service breakfast also I was left standing in the middle of the dining area as they let everyone flood in for breakfast and there was no seats left so you kinda just have to stand and wait! Very scarce with coffee and creamer in room as you get 1x instant coffee and 1 x suger

All hotels/apartments that I've stayed in when traveling to Gdansk have met my expectations, as did this stay.. immaculately clean, great location, and the bed was so comfortable... I'll stay again..

Hotel was very good but due to Independence Day it was extremely busy and had to queue for breakfast as was the pool. The sauna,steam room and jacuzzi had young children going in and out unsupervised which was possibly due to them being on holiday.

Great hotel and close walking distance to the city centre. The only thing we weren’t expecting was how small the spa facility was. There was a pool and small jacuzzi but we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere since the hotel was portrayed as a spa hotel.

We had a fantastic five-night stay here. Despite initial worries due to some reviews, our check-in experience was smooth, with staff being very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bar and restaurant, though quiet, had plenty of offerings. The location, while in a "quiet" part of town, felt safe and was just as convenient as the other Grano hotel nearby. The only minor complaints were the dated shower with a detachable head, which wasn't the most comfortable, and the WiFi, which didn't reconnect automatically. Additionally, our room thermostat didn't seem to work properly, and despite reporting it, the issue wasn't resolved. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise great stay. We'd definitely visit again.

As Europe standard this Hotel higher than 3star . Good staff services , big size room , 12pm check out . Easy walk to old town . Marks reduced:- * limited wifi , need reconnect again & again . *Double check do you have the card which hangs on door for room service. *Air-conditional will turn off automatically, over night feel dry .. ( it fixes on living room , so need open the bedroom door for cold air )

Okay, but would not recommend

The service wasn’t very impressive, we weren’t given any information when checking in except where the elevator was and the only one wishing someone a good day was me (as i work in the hotel industry myself). Was criticised by staff because we booked through hotels.com and not their original site. The location was fine but i would choose a more central hotel. Really clean and big rooms! The breakfast was okay but not a lot of options such as fruits, baked goods, bread and bagels

I arrived way past midnight due to a diverted flight. Expedia spoke to the hotel and they were happy to accommodate my unusually late arrival. Their check-in closes at midniht normally.
