Var her tre netter. Gode senger og aircondition. Sentralt plassert rett ved torget. Litt dårlig lydisolert, både for lyder innefra og utenfra. Ingen sjampo / balsam i dusjen. Ellers intet å utsette på dette hotellet. De ansatte var utrolig vennlige, høflige og hjelpsomme. Ekstra pluss: vi kom tidlig til hotellet. Rommet var ikke klart (noe vi heller ikke forventet), men de oppbevarte koffertene våre, og sendte SMS da rommet vårt var tilgjengelig.
Det är ett fint hotell och man fick ett bra mottagande när man kom. Och dom i receptionen var hjälpsamma i alla lägen. Samt deras hotelfrukost var fantastik.
Fick inte det rummet vi skulle ha. Tre enkelsängar i ett litet rum.

Dear Sirs,We are sorry about your feelings after stay at our hotel. We do all the best we can to our guests. You made reservation for room DBL Delux, that is a spacious lovely room for 2 people. It was your request to put an extra bed in your room, that obviously change the comfort when you are 3 instead of 2 people. You could change for apartment that has 2 rooms or studio/2 rooms to put your comfort up. We feel sorry, and your opinion is unfair as you did not upgrade your booking. Fantastiskt bra hotel som vi bott på flera gånger, härliga fräscha moderna och tysta rum, denna gång hade vi en härlig terrass också, frukosten är otroligt bra, läget ett av de bästa i hela Sopot, rekommenderad varmt
Nice clean room on street side, not in marketplace side. Short distance to Molo beach and Pier also everything else. Easy and short walking from Sopot railway station. Short railtrip to Gdans. Good breakfast. Hotel little worn but everything works.
The hotel is amazing and Thai restaurant there is absolutley wonderfull.
Definitely will stay there again and would recomend .

4 netter på hotellet og vi valgtale frokost der, da den var etter vår smak god.
Sopet by er en trivelig by og det er rolig på denne tiden. September og oktober er en fin tid, hvis man er heldig med været.
