Pracownicy w recepcji grzeczni ale za bardzo oficjalni. Troche usmiechu byloby milo widziane. Przemila , wesola i bardzo uczynna byla Elwira z sali sniadaniowej oraz panie sprzatajace pokoje."

"We stayed here twice on our visit to Gdansk and from the warm greeting at check-in to check out we were always treated with kindness. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was good and not too expensive. It was close to the centre, with everything we wanted to see just a walk away. Would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room and excellent location. Accessible by lift. Very clean . Opposite church but no noise . Tea and coffee making facilities mini fridge, tv but no English channels apart from Bloomberg. Would stay again."

"What an experience. The moment you step over the treshold you are in another world. Such a beautiful serene place on a great spot. Although the hotel is modern, it breaths the past, the history goes back to 1728. You feel straigjt at home. The room and bathroom were in great style. I loved the eye for detail in for instant the coathangers or the watertab. I have seen hundred of hotels but this one was very special to me. I want to thank the staff for their good care.
