Sehr schlecht

Das Hotel macht äußerlich einen ordentlichen Eindruck, doch leider täuscht die Fassade. Im Zimmer gab es weder Warmwasser noch Toilettenpapier – trotz mehrfacher Reklamation wurde nichts unternommen. Der Service an der Rezeption war desinteressiert und wenig hilfsbereit. Zudem wurde man täglich um 5 Uhr morgens vom lautstarken Gebetsruf der Moschee gegenüber geweckt, was erholsamen Schlaf unmöglich machte. Insgesamt ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis – ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

ailem ile birlikte ( 2 yetişkin, 2 çocuk) konakladık ( arife günü giriş yaptık bayramın ikinci günü çıkış yaptık, otel temiz, almacılar, bakırcılar, kale, pekmez müzesi, peynir müzesi vs. turistik yerlere yürüyerek 15 dk mesafede. Otelin otoparkı mevcut, odalar temiz, havlu vs. her gün değiştiriliyor, kahvaltısı taze ürünlerden oluşuyor ve açık büfe, çalışanlar kibar ve saygılı. Kocaeli den geldik, yol uzun ve yorucuydu lakin otel yorgunluğumuzu aldı, herkese tavsiye ediyorum...

İyi uyanıyorsunuz. Klimalar yeni ve çok iyi marka. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli, taze ve temiz. Yöreye özel ürünler bulunuyor. Sadece banyo havlusu boyutları çok küçük normal bir insanı sarmıyor. Onun dışında lokasyon olarak çok iyi. Bakırcılar çarşısı ve çevreye yakınlığı ulaşımı kolay.

Güler yüzlü personeli ve Antep’e uygun kahvaltısıyla biz çok memnun kaldık odamız temiz ve düzenliydi küçük odada cam yok ama 1 gece için önemli bir detay değildi ulaşım bir tık gideceğiniz güzergaha göre önemli bize ters kaldı ama yine yolumuz düşerse gözümüz kapalı tercih ederiz özellikle zeytinli böreği hala damağımda

otel fotolarda güzel görünüyor ama yatak olsun duş olsun kalitesiz malzemeler kullanılmış. hele duşta bir havalndırma varki çalıştığı zaman şantiyede havalandırma çalışır gibi ses çıkarıyor. duş zaten berbat. duşun ortasında su taziğinden dolayı su kesiliyor. en güzeli standarlarını bildiğiniz otelde kalmak. araçla otelin kapısının önüne gitmek bile sorun.

Karşılama iyi ve çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Odaların büyüklüğü biraz yetersiz geldi. Banyo ve yatağın dip dibe olması rahatsız edebilir. Kahvaltısı çeşitliydi ve güzeldi. Konum olarak oldukça iyiydi. Arabasız rahatlıkla gezebildik. Uzak olan zeugma müzesine taksiyle gittik. Konum açısından çok iyi olduğu için tercih edilebilir bir otel.
