When arriving, I had to wait more than the checkin time because my room was not ready. During my stay, the hotel changed the checkout time, and had no flexibility to keep to me the checkout time I had contracted and that was in force when I arrived. There was a dead cockroach at the room, and it remained there for all my stay. I did not say anything just to see how long it would take for the cleaning, and it remained there. Forks, knives and spoons at breakfast are dirty. Maintenance as a whole is poor.

Le vue sur la baie de Sarakiniko est exceptionnelle. Les petits déjeuner sont très copieux et bien appréciés. La propreté des chambres laisse toutefois à désirer ainsi que l'état délabré des appareils (frigo, cuisinière, etc.)... mais c'est peut-être le prix à payer pour se retrouver pratiquement seuls à Gavdos en octobre et jouir de ce paradis.

Está lejos de la playa. El camino está mal señalizado y de noche nos perdimos por la montaña. No está demasiado límpio. Lo mejor es la vista y la terraza.

Overpriced and below average even for Gavdos !

The only positive I can say is that the property is close to the beach , they give you clean towels and bed sheets every 2 days and the receptionist was always smiling and willing to help . The rooms are really bad , We knew that in Gavdos island everything is really minimal and we were up to it . BUT when you pay 80 euros for a double room with kitchenette and it it is not working it is really disappointing ! Breakfast included in the price but it was filthy so we decided not to have it since there were ants in the breakfast table , bad milk smelling and in a yellow color . Plates and cooking amenities were all very old with rust on them could not be used . Cleaning services really not existing . We were supposed to have our room cleaned every day but it happened only twice within the 10 days we stayed there ! Attitude of the responsible person really bad . The only caring person was the receptionist , Foteini , who really tried to meet our needs and solve the problems we had . I would highly recommend to visit Gavdos island BUT not to stay in Consolas studios ! If they do not change their attitude and make some renovation to the rooms it is a waste of money ! There are several rooms in Sarakiniko beach with more reasonable prices and better amenities !

Very poor breakfast. No additional efforts made to embelish the premises (garden, playground, BBQ etc). It shows that no investments are made to lift the accomodation to a higher level.

Cozy accommodation 1 min walking from the beach

I've stayed 5 days in n. 9 flat in wonderful gavdos in October. Excellent Price. Great overall experience. The studios were almost empty so the atmosphere was quite. I wound recommend for the location and suggesting to have a car if you come in low season cause the bus is not running

Überholungsbedürftige Unterkunft

Der Zustand der Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig; Kühlschrank laut und teilweise defekte Innenausstattung; das Bad ist nach der Dusche wegen Staunässe nicht mehr benutzbar. Durch den Personalwechsel Anfang Oktober, das vorzüglich arbeitende Ehepaar im Service wurde Anfang Oktober abgezogen, oblag der Service einer wenig an der Betreuung interessierten und nur Englisch sprechenden Person. Z.B. verschlechterte sich die Qualität des Frühstücks rapide.

pour la haute saison très bien placé , pour le reste de l'année aussi , dans une propriété fermée , par contre salle de bain vieillissante , Accueil au port par la navette de gavdos studio , un plus , possibilité de demander quelques rotation avec cette navette , sur l'ile ( moyennant finance bien sur mais reste raisonnable )

Βασικές παροχές-υψηλό κόστος

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε καταπλητική τοποθεσία 5 λεπτά από τη θάλασσα και από το εστιατόριο η θέα κόβει την ανάσα! Όμως το δωμάτιο παρόλο που ήταν καθαρό δεν είχε καρέκλες στη βεράντα και αναγκαστήκαμε και πήραμε από το διπλανό. Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση (καθρέφτης λεκιασμένος απο τα άλατα του νερού και η πόρτα σκασμένη στο κάτω μέρος επίσης από τα νερά της ντουζιέρας. Η εξυπηρέτηση δεν ήταν καν η στοιχειώδης, καθότι 2 φορές ζητήσαμε την βοήθεια της ρεσεψιονίστ και τις 2 φορές ενώ έδειχνε πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει στο τέλος αδιαφορούσε. Συνολικά ήταν πολύ βασικά αυτά που παρείχε (δωμάτιο και πρωινό) για την τιμή που κόστιζε το δωμάτιο.

Beautiful structure with views of the Bay of Sarakiniko. Very spartan but clean and fabulous studios on the bay of Sarakiniko. I do not know why nobody cares for the plants, fix the broken loungers or the catwalk leading to the sea. The most desperate thing is to pay 2 euro Greek yogurt for breakfast.

Zimmer einfach eingerichtet aber in Ordnung. Nette Terasse, von Bäumen umgeben durch die man aber auch das Meer sehen kann. Einfaches Frühstücksbuffet mit tollem Ausblick von der Frühstücksterasse. Manko: Die auf dieser Seite übermittelte Zimmerbeschreibung stimmt nicht. Die "fully equipped kitchen" bestand aus einem Kühlschrank und die tägliche Zimmerreinigung fand in drei Tagen kein einziges Mal statt. Für Selbstversorger wären diese Informationen eine Katastrophe. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt aber okay.

Nettes Studio mit Terrasse und schönem Ausblick

Gavdos in der Vorsaison ist sehr ruhig und einsam. Die meisten Tavernen und Unterkünfte waren jetzt Anfang Mai noch im Winterschlaf. Mein Studio fand ich hübsch, die Lage oberhalb der Bucht von Sarakiniko bietet schöne Ausblicke. Frühstück gab es in der Taverne oberhalb, dort ist auch kostenloses WIFI verfügbar. Es ist alles sehr einfach, Komfort darf man nicht erwarten. Aber das Studio hatte alles, was ich für den Aufenthalt benötigte, ein bequemes Bett, eine Miniküche und ein kleines Badezimmer. Die Terrasse zum gemütlichen Draußensitzen fand ich sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein netter Platz zum Wohnen auf dieser kleinen, ruhigen Insel.
