"Great location and a fun stay overall. The room felt clean at first, but I would strongly recommend pulling out the dressers and doing a deeper clean behind them. I dropped my mascara and when it rolled underneath, it definitely changed my impression of how clean the room really was. There was quite a bit of dust, dirt, and even some debris back there. Aside from that, everything else was very good. The beds were comfortable, and the pull-out couch was surprisingly great—honestly the first time we’ve ever been able to sleep well on one without feeling springs in our backs. We stayed in a two-queen suite, which had a nice layout with a kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom, and a great bathroom with good water pressure. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely come back—just with that one cleaning suggestion for the team."

"Hi, I feel parking was really stressful as well as no water bottles provided during the stay. The view was not better as we were promised and the receptionist did not even make an effort to accomodate us. I had called prior that will be reaching premises by around 11pm and we had the lowest floor alloted to us. Not a good experience overall."

"Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful spa attached. Our room was large and spacious. My only issue was the bathroom was on the smaller side for an upscale hotel. Also, there weren’t a lot of options to eat after 9pm and no room service. "
