Excellent as always! The food was exceptional and extremely generous portions but also nice and healthy! The most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. It is actually more convenient than being at home with an absolutely beautiful mapped out walk by the lake on the doorstep. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming.

We choose a standard room but i was more than good. The Facilitys and spa was clean and nice. Surrounding area was altso very beutiful with a neaby lake for a walk. We ate at the restaurent in the hotel and again we where very satisfied with both quality and price.

A very special spa

Really nice spa hotel in beautiful surroundings - nature with good food paths and a big lake. The spa is what really makes this place. Open dipping lake surrounded by different saunas, and also a large indoor swimming area. Lots of resting locations and refreshments. Really nice on this quiet Monday that I visited. The restaurant was also very good and the breakfast also extensive for this type of restaurant. The room comfortable and clean.

Hotel has large grounds to walk and pool and sauna areas were nice. However, the facility is not as expected. There was some sort of construction occurring in the main building and it was very loud and began early in the morning. We had booked two regular rooms and one of the premium rooms. The regular rooms were smaller than anticipated. The premium room had cobwebs, a couple of spiders, and a curtain to the balcony that didn’t fully close. Perhaps if we had booked rooms in the newer building we would not have had these issues. The premium room is definitely not worth the $200/night.

- Es war eine runde 5-tägige Auszeit für uns. - Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und zahlreich vertreten! - Der Spabereich war sehr schön und wurde immer sauber gehalten vom Personal! - Das Frühstück war prima - Das Abendessen war spitzenklasse! Wir haben uns dazu entschlossen kein anderes Restaurant aufzusuchen, da man solch ein Hotelrestaurant unterstützen sollte! Alles wurde schnell, auf heißen Tellern und an sich auch heiß serviert! - Das Restaurantpersonal zahlreich und alle durchweg freundlich und unsichtig! - Das Zimmer war schön, mit Klima und moderner Licht- und Audiotechnik. - Der Parkplatz war groß und es waren reichlich eLadesäulen vorhanden, die schnell und einfach zu bedienen waren.

Dejlige omgivelser omkring hotellet. Efter 3 dage skulle der være rengøring, da vores håndklæder trængte til udskiftning, ligesom toiletpapiret næsten slut, satte vi den elektroniske rengøring til, uden resultat. Derfor bad vi receptionen den 4. dag om dette, det var så ikke rengøring eller opfyldning af kaffe eller opvask af kaffekopper, kun nye håndklæder og toiletpapir alt for ringe!!!

Ganz toller Wellnessbereich mit allem was man braucht von Decken bis Trinkwasser usw. 5 Saunen, 2 Pools, 1 Whirlpool, zahlreiche Liegen, auch separate Ruhezonen. Aufgüsse gab es keine. Ab 15 Uhr keine Kinder. Unser Zimmer war sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und alles war lecker! Das Brot, warmer Kakao, Säfte, Salate, Pancakes, Fisch und auch der Joghurt und Obstsalat. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Zu bemängeln ist jedoch, dass uns zunächst bestätigt wurde, wir könnten auch am Abreisetag noch den Spa Bereich nutzen, uns aber erst im zweiten Anlauf mitgeteilt wurde, dass dies 25 EUR pro Person extra kostet. Da die Übernachtungskosten sich bereits im höheren Preissegment befinden, fanden wir dies nicht gerechtfertigt.
