"I like the fact all the staff are very friendly and we didn't had any issue of checkin. However, we did experience a power outage around the neighborhood, which only lasted for about 3 hours, from what I remembered. However, my stayed is pleasant. I used their laundry room and it was pretty cleaned, however, the dryer does need a wipe down because of the lints. It seem like no one has wipe it down."

"We checked in to the Hyatt after a long road trip and were met by charming, welcoming staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We were very pleased."

"Terribly maintained room. Not at all the room pictured on the website. They should not be using that room or at least charge $50 per night not $260. I left a small item in the room. When I phoned them they said it was not there (it definitely WAS) and in any case they would not send it to me even if I paid. Staff ok, bed comfy, but I won’t be fooled again"
