Hotel was great, clean looked old but that was the vibe, big room, friendly staff nice breakfast too and quiet. Only issue was no fans available for the room so had to puck up my own but would go again even had parking too.

This was a fun place. Apparently it was a hospital in "the war" and has some quirks like an occasional double door and sort of a tunnel to the pool spa areas. Pretty (my wife says beautiful), well kept. good breakfast, nice people. Also walking distance to town. Like many other lovely older places we stayed in Germany/Austria, no air conditioning. Convenient on site parking.

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very cute and our balcony had a wonderful view of the mountains. The location was great and close to everything. The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly. Spa is relaxing and exactly what you want after a day of skiing, the hotel is only a 7 minute drive away from Garmisch-Classic. The rooms are spacious and we love that they had connecting rooms for our family of 4. In my opinion, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable, but maybe I was sore from skiing. My family members slept fine and had no complaints. The breakfast is very nice. We love that the hotel is dog friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room overlooked the front of the property, so there was traffic on Von Brug Strasse during the day. However, things really quiet down at night. Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was fantastic. So many choices, great coffee, and a very homey feel to the entire property. Would stay here again.
