"The staff is not friendly. They have no knowledge of anything. Every single time I asked a question it was the wrong answer. One time we almost missed our shuttle because he told us the wrong pick up location! My room was not clean. Broken shards of glass in my bed and on the top of the bed. I cut my foot on a piece. Hair was all over the comforters, sheets, bathroom, and floor. It smelled dirty. The manager was nice and moved us to another room. The hallways smelled stale and of cigarettes. The hallway was so hot, and I am not a hot natured person. Our window was not properly sealed and leaked Our knob in bathroom sink for the hot water was broken and we could hardly turn on or off. Refrigerator did not work. They are now trying to charge me for something on the bar in the room that I did not use. I used the box to prop up my make up mirrror to get ready. So be aware if you take anything off regardless you will be charged. I will dispute this charge with my credit card company! The elevator screens did not work or speak. You had no idea what floor to get off at. Lots of construction and confusion as the employees all had different answers for the same questions! I do NOT recommend this place!!"

"microwave door did not open. you had to press the button and pry the door open at the same time. coffee maker overflowed the coffee. toilet barely flushed and clogged 2nd day. tv remote for internet app not good. ok for changing channels only. bring your own tablet for anything other than local tv for kids or even adults to enjoy. good location"

"Loved the theme and it's a great property for groups who enjoy outdoor spaces. Walking distance to everything. Some of the furnishings could use touching up. Wished the room had a microwave. I don't think there is an elevator."

"The rooms were very accommodating and all of the staff had excellent customer service skills. My husband really like how easy was to access the the gondola to access the snow boarding area. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and we enjoyed very much a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF"
