Excellent customer service, excellent staff, cleanliness, excellent food quality and taste. A fantastic hotel to stay, very near to MG Marg....The rooms are well maintained with lot of space. Very good place to live in. I would revisit this hotel whenever i get a chance to.
I was originally supposed to be at the Summit Ttakshang, but Expedia and/or the hotel lost my reservation. So after over an hour of yelling at the front desk people, I was transferred to the infinitely better Summit Crescent. It was a lovely hotel with great views, fantastic food, relaxing spa. It's a bit from the city square, but otherwise great. Staff were exceptionally nice at this hotel (again NOT the Ttakshang but the Crescent).
A HOTEL WHERE ONE FEELS VERY HOMELY WITH THE EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY OF THE EACH AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL STAFF OF THE HOTEL.
COMFORTABLE STAY, GOOD HYGENIC FOOD VARIETY. CUSTOMER ORIENTED STAFF BEHAVIOR.
.NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
Having read some previous reviews we had thought we had chosen a good mid range hotel. The breakfast billed as lavish was a joke. A few pieces of water melon that tasted of onion and a few bits of stale cake were the highlight. The a la carte menu was very limited with few European choices and many items not available. The hotel is very dated and in need of a good overhaul but that is no excuse for the filthy condition. In particulate the cloakrooms off the reception and dining room were to put it mildly disgusting and were not cleaned at all during our four night stay. Overall a very disappointing stay.
