"We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. Nobody at the health centre could provide the pricing. Finally the manager rang back after 3 hours to arrange for an appointment. They did give a small...

2. All items in rooms were new
3. Basement parking
4. Beds were queen size so 2 can sleep.
5. Only double bed could adjust in the room. No extra bed mattress can be adjusted. Overall room size is small.
Disliked :
1. Upon call for any service like water unavailability, no one took care.
2. Sitting area near reception was very hot. No AC or Fan was there.
3. Food (milk) was extremely costly. It's 105 for hot milk.
Overall it was good experience."
