The resort itself was nice, but the rooms are in desperate need of updating and a good cleaning. Floors were very dirty, the furniture had lots of stains, and the bathrooms were just gross.

BAD: Our first full day we had jack hammering/construction beside and one floor down from our room. We could not enjoy our room from 8 to 5 because of the noise. Upon complaint, they were in no hurry to compensate. We had to speak to them 4 times and finally got a $100 credit at the end of the stay. ...
