"The toilet kept running all night, then ran out of water in the middle of a shower. Texted the property owner, who failed to respond. The staff at the coffee shop below was very nice, and they tried to help, but they did not get a response from the property owner either."

"We booked it for the advertised roof terrace. It had been closed down for some time I did broach this as an equally good hotel was almost €200 cheaper. It advertised the only roof terrace but I feel that was missold to us and thought it should have been dealt with The Sophie restaurant is ok"

"The room was rather Spartan. No drawers for clothes. Plumbing was primitive( some sort of pump toilet). All electric was slave to key card. No idea how to turn on anything including coffee brewer, individual light switches, and several room lights. Only a comforter on the bed, no sheets resulting ..."
