"This hotel is not in the city center but is walkable to the center in about 20 minutes. The tram stop is in front of the hotel which is a quick option if you don't want to walk. The tram also takes you straight to the airport and the main train station which is convenient. The rooms are basic but clean. There are alot of study abroad students who stay here ( my daughter included) so the hotel is very modern. There is a nice rooftop with a bar and a restaurant (which I did not try). Overall for...

"The hotel and rooms were very clean. The food for breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner was 5 stars. The amenities of a gym, and the spa were a great addition to relax at the end of our day from sightseeing. The staff were all very courteous and helpful with filling any requests. The location was great for walking to all the sites and also very near the tram, train and busses for transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Florence. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room assigned to us overlooked the courtyard in the back so it was very quiet. It was bright and clean with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was very satisfying. On our last day, we had to leave extremely early, long before breakfast room open time. We were pleasantly surprised that we were each given a breakfast bag to take with us. Thank you! All the staff members were helpful and treated us with courtesy. We really enjoyed our stay there."
