"Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer haben einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Hafen, sind sauber, gut eingerichtet und es war alles in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, allerdings kommt das Personal nicht immer mit dem Auffüllen der Produkte und dem Abräumen der Tische hinterher. Die Bar in der Lobby schließt leider schon um 22.00 Uhr. Mit dem Abspülen von gebrauchten Gläsern lassen sie sich dort schon mal ein paar Tage Zeit."

"Es liegt central - perfect für ein kleines Hideaway. Nicht unbedingt für Knieschmerzen, Kinderwagen oder Rollstühle gemacht - überall Treppen. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. All in all eines unserer Lieblingshotels. "

"It’s a relatively cheap roof over your head but thats about it. Sheets had yellow stains, towels were crusty, table was covered with residues and scratches, walls are thin, amenities are the bare minimum. "

"While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel."

"They claim to be a 5 star hotel but not even remotely close to a 5 star . ( except prices maybe) It resembles the vibe of Soho House just open to the public. The spa access is by time slots! 😳 the room has no phone ( an emergency??) no toiletries or amenities or even a leaflet in the room.... and the list could go on. Definitely not recommended."

"Everything is pretty standard. Unfortunately they had some ongoing renovation which caused noise from 8am on Breakfast was ok, and met criteria for continental standard. But you get more fruit and vegetables on any breakfast plate in the USA. Depending on the receptionist the welcome was either harsh and cold or met todays standards. If you were lucky as we were upon arrival, the receptionist was helpful and kind. The rooms were tidy and clean as UV lamp test revealed. just minor...
