"Everything was great. There were a couple of things that weren't in the room. 1: No refrigerator in the room. Not good if you have young kids or babies. Also no place to refrigerate leftovers from restaurants. 2: No microwave in the room. They had air-conditioning in the room. It was a lifesaver. It was a nice place to stay though. I would stay there again."

"The property itself was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was amazing. The beach out front was very dirty. They can at least clean it every morning before we go out to lounge on the beach and we wish there was more entertainment there at the hotel."

"We had a wonderful time at this resort! The rooms were big and very nice. This place is very kid friendly! The staff was amazing! Don’t have a single complaint about the service. I’ve seen a few negative reviews about the food but we all loved it! Every night for dinner, they’d switch it up. One night was Oriental night, Italian the next, Tex-Mex…. Absolutely delicious. The beach was breathtaking, crystal clear water and they had servers on the beach who’d bring you drinks. They were amazing! The only negative thing I can say, was that there was construction on one side of the resort. The seafood restaurant was closed because of this as well at the second pool. Wish we would’ve been informed about this when we booked. Overall we really enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back someday."

"The front desk staff were amazing and the service at all the restaurants and pools were top notch. The property was clean and all the amenities were great! We really enjoyed our stay! The corner suite was the best choice and we enjoyed several nights on the balcony watching the sunset. Beautiful! The only complaint we had was the concierge staff. Fabiola was very sweet at first, but as soon as we declined the meeting for the resident club, her demeanor completely changed. She was rude and said we were the reason why she wouldn't be getting a bonus. Sergio also followed us to the elevator several times and tried to corner us to take part in the meeting. This is unacceptable behavior for a 5 diamond resort."

"My husband and I had several frustrating experiences during our stay that could have easily been avoided. The hotel advertises a 24/7 airport shuttle, but that was far from the case for us. When we arrived at the airport, we called several times and kept getting transferred to different people only to be met with apathy and no assistance. The last time we called back, we were told to contact Expedia about arranging transportation, despite the hotel advertising an airport shuttle. What made this even more disappointing was that another nearby hotel stepped in to help when ours wouldn’t. They provided taxi vouchers for transportation to our hotel and back to the airport and even invited us to tour their property for free breakfast (all for free) with no catch. Their staff demonstrated the level of customer service we had hoped to receive from our hotel. We were also surprised by an excessive resort fee that was not clearly disclosed when we booked our stay. In addition, the complimentary sparkling wine included with our reservation was not in our room upon arrival. We had to ask about it after two days of being there before it was finally delivered. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, but these avoidable issues significantly affected our overall experience."
